Welcome to Tameside Council's housing register online application service
All social housing in Tameside is owned by various housing associations rather than the council. However, we are given a percentage of properties to allocate to our own applicants. This housing register is NOT a bidding system. Properties are allocated via nomination, based on suitability, priority band and time on the waiting list.
At the moment there is a significant delay with assessing and processing applications.
